This promotion is conducted by Australian Unity Retirement Living Management Pty Ltd ABN 97 003 434 115 (Australian Unity). 2.This promotion involves the offer one $250 voucher to be used at the Level 15 restaurant at The Alba by Australian Unity, 114 Albert Road, South Melbourne, Victoria. 3. To enter the promotion and be eligible for the prize, a person must register prior to 20 July 2024 to attend The Alba open day, and attend the event on 20 July 20204 between 10am and 1pm. They must register via the website www.thealba.com.au or through the Sales Manager of The Alba. The person must also be aged 18 years or over and be a resident of Australia. 4. Employees of Australian Unity Limited or any of its subsidiaries, and the immediate family members of those employees, are ineligible to enter this promotion. 5. Entries must be received by Australian Unity in the manner set out above no later than 5pm AEST on 19th July 2024. Only one entry is permitted per person. 6. The prize winners will be selected by or on behalf of Australian Unity by random chance draw from all eligible entries on or around 21 July 2024 at the office of Australian Unity located at 271 Spring Street, Melbourne Victoria, or such other location determined by Australian Unity in Australia. 7. The prize winners will be notified by mail, phone, or email, using the address, phone or email contact details included in the relevant entry form, by Australian Unity within 7 days after the draw.
